HUBBALLI, SEP 02: A dead body was found in a well beside Indira Glass House in Hubballi on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as 37-year-old Hullesh Halaharvi, a resident of Girni Chawl.
There are signs of attacking him with lethal weapons around his neck.
Sub-urban police inspector MS Hugar and his team have visited the spot.
