HUBBALLI, Mar 02: ‘Bharat’ brand rice of Center which is sold at a subsidized price of Rs. 29 per kg will now be available in Hubballi.
The rice will be available at KSCCF Bengaluru’s Hubballi branch which is located at Janata Bazar near Channamma Circle here. According to a report, the sale of rice will start from March 4 onwards from 10.30 am to 7:30 pm. It will be available in 10 kg bag of rice.
What is Bharat rice?
It can be recalled here that the Central Government has introduced ‘Bharat rice’ at a subsidized price of Rs. 29 per kg to address rising food prices.
