HUBBALLI, Aug 25: A minor girl was reportedly sexually abused in the limits of Ashoknagar police station in the city and the police have arrested the accused.
The victim was a seven-year-old girl, while the accused was the neighbour of the girl.
According to Hubballi-Dharwad police commissioner N. Shashikumar, “54-year-old Noor, a lorry driver, has been arrested in this connection.
The police have arrested the accused under POCSO Act.
More details in this regard are yet to be ascertained.
