HAVERI: Panic gripped a few residents of Haveri after a hand grenade-like object was found at an open place belonging to one Ravi Mushthi at Netaji Nagar in Haveri.
Soon after noting the suspicious thing, police rushed to the spot and launched the investigation. The police have instructed the public not to go to the spot.
According to a report, Superintendent of Police Hanumantaraya has said that a bomb squad team will be arriving from Bengaluru or Davangere on Friday and inspect it.
