Dharwad, March 05: Dogs attacked deer at Girinagar in the city on Friday morning, said the city police.
Citizens who were nearby called the police control room and informed them of the matter. The Hoysala 13 squad members rushed to the spot and saved the deer.
Forest Department staff came to the place and the deer was handed over to their care, said the police.
