HUBBALLI, Sep 08: A domestic gas cylinder explosion has left four people seriously injured in Rottigawada village of Kundagol taluk near here on Sunday.
The injured have been identified as Siddalingayya Hiremath (43), his wife Vishala Hiremath (35), their elder son Shripadayya Hiremath (17), and Siddalingayya’s sister-in-law Nirmala Hiremath. All of them sustained severe injuries and have been admitted to KMC Hospital for treatment.
A gas cylinder in the kitchen suddenly exploded this morning resulting in serious injuries.The explosion has also caused damage to the house. The injured are currently receiving treatment at KMC Hospital. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Kundagol Police Station.
