HUBBALLI, July 12: Bendigeri police, on Friday morning, have arrested as many as 10 persons who were allegedly involved in ganja trading.
Based on the specific information, a team of Bendigeri police carried out the raid and successfully arrested both, the ganja sellers and buyers.
The arrested have been identified as Akhilesh Yaramsal, Anthony Farnandis, Kiran Kurkundi, Mahadev Majjigudda, Prashant Kalal, Arun Kyakatti, Laxman Nidgundi, Faran Navalgund, Adarsh Yaramsal, and Vishal Gayakwad.
The police seized 1.779 kg ganja, and Rs. 2,000 in cash.
