HUBBALLI, July 15: One of the renowned coaching institutions of the city Agile iTech Software Training Institution in association with Prema Bindu Blood Centre celebrated the 78th Independence Day at Kalaburagi-Katwe Fortune in Vidyanagar in Hubballi today.
Santosh Shetty, Dharwad district president off Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development, hoisted the tricolor. “Our elders participated in freedom struggle and brought the independence to us. Now, it is our duty to struggle for women empowerment and rural development,” Santosh Shetty said.
He also appreciated Alfans Khatib, BM Hiremath and Jafar Kanavi for organizing the flag hoisting ceremony in a grand manner.
VG Patil, Kitturu Karnataka Labour Association state vice president, Rashmi Vernekar, Ritu Saraf president of Rotary Club of Hubli Elite, Dawood Shaikh, Founder Editor of Hubballi Times, Dr. Rajendra Dibbad, radiologist Hubli Scan Center and other were among the guests.
