Dharwad,June 02: In an incident, a pig attacked and bit a woman in Dharwad today.
Anita Jamadar, resident of Gouli Galli in Malamaddi, Dharwad was washing utensils in front of her house, when suddenly a pig had attacked and bit on her hand and leg.
The injured has been admitted to Civil Hospital, Dharwad.
Advocate M.M.Haveripeth has urged the concerned corporation officials to take the necessary preventive measures for animal raging incidents from pigs and stray dogs.
