Sunday: Dharwad Dist. Covid-19 Update

DHARWAD: The district on Sunday recorded 265 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths in 24 hours, according to the bulletin issued by the department of health and family welfare on Sunday evening.

With this, the district now has a total of 25,085 Coronavirus cases, of which 1,347 are active.

The district reported only 81 cases of discharges on Sunday, taking the total number of recovered patients to 23,089. According to the bulletin, 29 patients are being monitored in ICUs of various hospitals in the district.

There were three fatalities due to the deadly infection which took the tally to 649 in the district.
