HUBBALLI, Oct 09: Members of the Muslim Community would take out Eid Meelad procession and the volunteers of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh will take out patha sanchalana to commemorate Vijayadashami on Sunday, October 9 in Hubballi.
The RSS march-past will begin at Nehru Stadium at 3:00 pm, and will move on main thoroughfares, in two batches. Dr Arun Yalamali and Tippeswamy will be the guests at the public meeting to be held at Nehru Stadium at 5:15 pm.
On the other hand, to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, Eid Milad-un-Nabi procession will be taken out by Darul Uloom Ahle Sunnat Ghousia of Islampur Road in Old Hubballi at 2.30 pm.
The procession will be led by former minister A M Hindasgeri. It will start at Markazi Darul Uloom Ahle Sunnat Ghousia, and passes through PB Road, Bankapur Chowk, Patilgalli, Yallapur Oni, Veerapur Oni Road, Radhakrishna Galli, Durgadbail, Pendar Galli, Kalammana Agasi, Old Hubballi, Kasabapet, and it concludes at the Dargah in Asar Oni.
