HUBBALLI: Two persons killed on the spot when the bike they were riding was hit by a lorry from rear-end near Kadasiddeshwar College in Vidyanagar here.
The deceased have been identified as Rajasab Mulla and Khajasab Mulla; both residents of Yellapur Oni in Hubballi.
It has been learnt that the accident took place when the duo was returning home after completing day’s work at APMC. The lorry driver fled the scene after the accident.
The North traffic police have registered a case in this regard.
