HUBBALLI, Mar 10: Due to upgradation of Hubballi Electricity Supply Company (HESCOM)’s IT system, the online services will not be available for the consumers of urban areas from March 10 to 19.
According to a release issued by HESCOM, consumers will not be able to use online services for making payment of electricity bills, new service connection, name change, tariff change and other services.
The said Hescom’s services will not be available in: Hubballi-Dharwad, Gadag, Belagavi, Athani, Bagalkot, Bailhongal, Bhatkal, Chikkodi, Dandeli, Gokak, Guledgudda, Haveri, Ilkal, Indi, Jamakhandi, Karwar, Kumta, Laxmeshwar, Mahalingpur, Mudhol, Naragund, Nippani, Rabakavi-Banahatti, Ramdurg, Ranebennur, Saudatti, Savanur, Sirsi and Vijayapura, said the release.
During this period, electricity bills will be issued to the consumers, but will be updated in the system only after March 20th.
