Admissions Open at 4 Morarji Desai English Medium Residential Schools in Dharwad District

DHARWAD, Feb.19:  Applications are invited from students of minority community and others for the admission to 6th class in the four minority Morarji Desai English medium residential schools in Dharwad district for the year 2024-25.

75% seats are reserved for the students belonging to minority communities like Muslim, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Buddhist and Parsi, who have passed 5th standard. Similarly, 25% seats are reserved for the students belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribers and Other Backward Class.

The students who are interested to take admission in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Residential School and Minority Morarji Desai Residential School No.02 at Anchatageri Village in Hubballi Taluk, Morarji Desai Minority Residential School Shinganahalli Dharwad, and Morarji Desai Minority Girls Residential School Andaragunchi; can submit their applications before March 15, 2024.

These residential schools provide free food, accommodation, textbooks, stationery, uniforms and other basic facilities.

Interested students belonging to minority and other categories seeking admission can submit online applications through the concerned Sevasindhu website Visit nearest District Minority Office or Morarji Desai Residential Schools or Taluk Minority Information Centers to get free service.
