HUBBALLI, May 07: In a rare gesture, as many as 69 members of a family exercised their franchise under the scorching sun in Noolvi of Kundagol taluk near here on Tuesday.
The family members of Koppad family, including women and senior citizens, together visited the polling booths 56 and 57 at Kannada Girls’ School in Noolvi.
They all shared their happiness and took selfies to capture the unique moment. For the previous elections, they used to come separately and three vehicles to cast their votes. However, this time they all came together for the voting.
