HUBBALLI, JANUARY 24: The body of the third youngster was found in the Malaprabha Canal in Kiresur on Sunday.
Two of the three bodies had been fished out on Saturday morning.
Four of the five friends, including a young lady, who had visited Kiresur bridge on Friday for a photo shoot, jumped into the water as a swarm of honey bees attacked them. Solomon Pillai ran away to escape the bees.
Shepherds who were near the canal rescued Natasha Bhandari. Sunny Johnson Kallaguntla, Gajanan Rajashekhar and Josh Clement were suspected to have drowned in the canal. The police and fire brigade staff, who hunted for the bodies for long hours, found the bodies of Sunny and Gajanan on Saturday morning.
They continued to search for Josh and found his body on Saturday morning in the slush of the canal tunnel.
