2-Day State-Level Mega Job Fair Begins in Benglauru To Help Unemployed Youth

HUBBALLI, Feb 26: Chief Minister Siddarmaiah inaugurated the two-day job fair ‘Yuva Samruddhi Sammelana’ at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru.

The youths who have completed degree, or engineering diploma and other job-oriented courses can attend the fair and test their fortune.

Addressing a press conference at Vidhana Soudha, Skill Development and Medical Education Minister Dr Sharan Prakash Patil said that the job fair is aimed at helping youths who have completed degree, engineering, diploma and other job-oriented courses to get job opportunities.

The minister further informed, “More than 500 reputed national and global companies are taking part in the job fair with nearly one lakh vacancies. This will be the right platform for the youths to find jobs as per their qualification.”

As many as 600 stalls have been set up to help candidates to find job opportunities as per their qualifications and requirements.

“Free food arrangements have been made for the participants and the job aspirants coming from different parts of the state can avail free bus service to the venue from Majestic, Railway Station and Shanthinagar bus station,” the minister added.
