HUBBALLI, May 02: A decision of going to lake to beat the summer heat took the lives of two young friends near Hubballi on Wednesday.
According to reports, deceased Deepak Ronad and Mylari went to Devaragudihal village in Hubballi rural taluk but could not return home as they drowned in the lake.
Media have reported that in all five friends had gone for swimming in the lake, and two of them drowned.
After getting the complaint from locals, Fire brigade rushed to the spot to fish out their bodies.
