The South Western Railway (SWR) has cancelled two trains

HUBBALLI, Nov 23 : The South Western Railway (SWR) has cancelled two trains and short terminated 3 trains in Hubballi division following the engineering work from Hole Alur to Badami in view of Gadag – Hotgi section doubling work.

2 Trains Cancelled: 

According to a SWR release train number 06919 SSS Hubballi – Vijayapura Passenger Special and train number 06920 Vijayapura – SSS Hubballi Passenger Special will be cancelled from November 24 to December 02.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION:

The release further said that train number 11139 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Gadag Express commencing journey from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from November 24 to December 01 will be partially cancelled between Bagalkot – Gadag and it will be short terminated at Bagalkot station.

Subsequently, train number 11140 Gadag – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Express commencing journey from Gadag from November 25 to December 02 will be partially cancelled between Gadag – Bagalkot and it will be originated from Bagalkot instead of Gadag Station at its scheduled time.

Similarly train number 07377 Vijayapura – Mangaluru Jn. Express Special commencing journey from Vijayapura from November 24 to December 02 will be partially cancelled between Vijayapura – SSS Hubballi and it will be originated from SSS Hubballi instead of Vijayapura Station at its scheduled time.

According to the release, train number 07378 Mangaluru Jn. – Vijayapura Express Special commencing journey from Mangaluru Jn. from November 24 to December 01 will be partially cancelled between SSS Hubballi – Vijayapura and it will be short terminated at SSS Hubballi Station.
