HUBBALLI, Oct 17: A tanker carrying hydrogen overturned near Rayanal Bridge on the outskirts of Hubballi, creating a brief period of panic in the area.
Due to the incident, traffic on the national highway was halted for over an hour and a half. Firefighters and police teams were deployed to clear the tanker and ensure safety at the scene.
Senior police officials visited the site and conducted inspections. Once the tanker was removed, traffic flow resumed as normal.
Local residents were assured that there was no immediate danger during the incident.
