Solar Eclipse Today: Dharwad Science Center Makes Arrangement For General Public to View

DHARWAD, Oct 25: General public can view the partial solar eclipse on October 25 as The Dharwad Regional Science Center (DRSC) has made special arrangements at the KU campus here.

 

The DRSC said in a press release that the partial solar eclipse will be visible from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm in Dharwad.

 

The science center has made special arrangements at a sunset point near Om Ashram to watch this celestial wonder.

 

The eclipse is visible in the west and this solar eclipse should not be watched with the naked eye. The eclipse could be seen using solar eclipse glasses which are special eyewear designed for direct viewing of the sun.

 

People who are interested to watch the eclipse have been asked to participate between 5:15 pm and 6:00 pm at Om Ashram near Tiwac in Dharwad
