DHARWAD: As the cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in the district, Deputy Commissioner Nitesh PAtil has announced closure of schools in Dharwad City taluk, Hubballi city taluk, and Hubballi rural taluk, from tomorrow, January 13.
According to an order issued by the DC on Wednesday, January 12, all schools must suspend the physical classes for the grades 1 to 8 from tomorrow, January 13, till the further order. However, schools can opt for online classes,” the order said.
The decision was taken following an increase in the Coronavirus cases in Hubballi city and rural taluk and Dharwad rural and Dharwad city.
