HUBBALLI: A man pleaded before the Karnataka Health Minister Dr. K Sudhakar to save his 35-year-old son’s life who is undergoing treatment at KIMS for black fungus.
“My son is diagnosed with black fungus. We are not getting adequate medicines for his treatment. Please arrange the medicines soon and save my son’s life,” Jagadishgouda Patil pleaded before Dr. K Sudhakar when the latter visited KIMS hospital on Saturday.
Patil is a native of Hadagli taluk’s Mailar village in the Bellary district. His son has been admitted to Ward Number 204 in KIMS for the black fungus treatment. “My son is admitted here for the last three days. But no treatment is being given. Please save my son,” Patil cried before the minister.
“Do not cry. Be courageous. We are arranging medicines for black fungus,” Minister Sudhakar replied and collected the mobile number and address of Patil.
