Rowdy Sheeter’s Houses Raided In Hubballi

HUBBALLI: In a bid to check the growing criminal activities by rowdy-sheeters in the City, the City police raided the houses of more than 600 active rowdy-sheeters in the twin cities on Tuesday.

The cops of 15 police stations, led by assistant police commissioners, conducted raids under their limits and searched for weapons at the houses of rowdy-sheeters.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order) K Ramarajan said that as many as nine rowdy-sheeters had stored lethal weapons at their houses and cases were booked against them. More than 600 rowdy-sheeters were brought to police stations, and were warned, he added.
