Rains Predicted to Arrive in These Districts from May 7

HUBBALLI, May 05: After prolonged scorching temperature, some relief from heat is on the horizon for several districts in Karnataka.

The Meteorological Department (IMD) has indicated that Bengaluru and 15 other districts are likely to receive rains from Tuesday, May 7. Later, the rain would lash entire state.

Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Bengaluru, Ramnagar, Mysuru, Kodagu and Mandya are likely to receive rains accompanied with gusty winds and hailstorm.

Hubballi-Dharwad would receive rain from May 10.

12 districts in Karnataka have recorded more than 40 degree Celsius temperature with Raichur standing on the top with 45.2 degree.

Hubballi-Dharwad have recorded maximum 41oC and minimum 21oC on Saturday.
