HUBBALLI,April 21: The fourth Additional Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class Court rejected the interim bail application of Abhishek Hiremath, whose objectionable WhatsApp status had led to the Communal tension in Hubballi on April 16.
However, the Court has granted him permission to write 2nd PU exams that commence from 22nd April.
The Court has directed jail officials to provide reading materials related to his examinations.
The Court also instructed Police provide security.
Abhishek was arrested by Old Hubbali police for provocative post that led to violence on last Saturday night.
