We have heard about royal birthday celebrations of politicians and celebrities. But here, a person in view of giving an outraged reply to his political opponent has celebrated the birthday of his pet dog in a grand manner.
Shivappa Mardi, an Ex-Member of Tukkanatti Gram Panchayat in Mudalagi taluka had arranged for this grand birthday party of his pet dog “ Krish “ on June 21.
“ Krish “ was taken in a procession in a decorated jeep on the streets of the town, later 50 kg cake was cut and a grand party of 2 quintal chicken, 200 eggs, 50 kgs of Kajoo Katri sweets was arranged for 5000 people.
“Since 20 years I was the member of Gram Panchayat, this time a new member has been elected. Recently the new member celebrated his birthday and accused that the earlier member had misused the grant. To give a fitting reply to the newly elected member’s statement, I am celebrating the birthday of my pet dog Krish “ – said Shivappa.
But anyway….. Happy Birthday to Krish…!!!!
