HUBBALLI, July 06: The State government has once again announced a 50% rebate on traffic dues. The offer will last until September 9.
In a notification, the Transport Department stated that the discount would be applicable only to pending cases registered prior to February 11, 2023.
The dues can be paid at Hubballi-Dharwad One Centre, Traffic Police station, and TMC at the Suburban police station in Hubballi.
The State Government first introduced the discount in January 2023. Until February 11, around 40% of traffic cases were resolved. A total of 52,11,424 traffic challan petty cases were disposed of as pre-litigation cases across Karnataka and more than Rs 152 crore was collected in pending fines.
