HUBBALLI: All passport offices will be shut on August 20 as the state government has decided to postpone the Muharram holiday from August 19 to 20.
Regional Passport Officer has reportedly said that those who have appointments on August 20 can report at the respective passport office a day before or reschedule to a future date.
