HUBBALLI,Oct 16: District and taluka administration welcomed Dr. Akhilesh Karagedde and Kruti at Hubballi Airport as the couple returned from war-torn Israel through operation Ajay.
Residents of Navanagar’s Adhyapak Nagar, Dr. Akhilesh and Kruti, were living in Jerusalem in Israel. He was pursuing postdoctoral fellowship in laser technology.
“Our place was not affected by the war. Situation is tensed only in the border areas. We faced problem in getting food only one day,” Kruti said.
