HUBBALLI: In a tragic accident, two persons killed on the spot when the auto-rickshaw they were moving in was hit by a truck near Gabbur bypass in Hubballi on Wednesday.
The truck collided with the three-wheeler which was moving towards rural area from Hubballi. As the result, auto-rickshaw driver and a passenger succumbed to the injuries on the spot.
The severity of the accident was such that the deceased were not identified. The bodies have been moved to KIMS.
Hubballi East traffic police have registered a case in this regard.
