Hijab Row Resolved In Koppa College
Hijab-Saffron shawl issue has been resolved successfully at government first grade college in Koppa, reports DH.
A few students started wearing saffron shawl to the college in reaction to some girls started coming to college with headscarves.
The college governing committee under the chairmanship of MLA TD Raje Gowda and police officers called a meeting and decided to allow students to wear dupatta as head scarf.
However, the authorities have clarified that no saffron shawl will be allowed inside the campus, DH reported.
