DHARWAD,May 13: At least 2 terms of mayorship must be given to Dharwad people, said Lalit Bhandari, a member of committee that is demanding a separate municipality for Dharwad city.
Addreasing a presser here, Mr. Bhandari stated that Dharwad did not get adequate representation in HDMC.
Dharwad is facing injustice in funds allocation including smart city projects, he said.
Its sure that Dharwad will become a separate municipality in coming days. The Committee will contest assembly elections if Govt and elected representatives fail to express their stance, he said.
