Good News: State Govt. to consider Health Scheme for pensioners also
Bangalore,July 09: “Health Scheme will be extended to pensioners “said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Speaking on the occasion of Inauguration of Golden Jubilee Celebration of Karnataka State Government Retired Employees Association today he said presently Health Scheme is for serving government employees and soon by its extension pensioners will be brought under this scheme.
“Soon final declaration will be made after discussing with Officers of Finance Department, retired employees are always creative and they should be committed to build a healthy society “– He added.
Presently, the health scheme is known by name Jyothi Sanjeevini” scheme which provides cashless medical treatment to serving State Government employees and their dependents in the family through implementation of a Suvarna health care trust.
