Hubballi, February 17: Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti has said that the Anjuman Hospital in the city will be provided a hi-tech ambulance.
He spoke after being felicitated at a programme held at the Anjuman auditorium of the Anjuman-e-Islam in Ghantikeri.
Legislator Prasad Abbayya, who spoke on the occasion, promised to provide financial assistance for construction of a dialysis centre and a building at the ITI of Anjuman Society.
President of the Anjuman Society Mohammad Yousuf Savanur handed the memorandum to office-bearer Horatti and Abbayya during the event.
Member of Anjuman Bashir Ahmed Hallur welcomed the gathering. Joint general secretary Abdul Munaf Devageri proposed the vote of thanks. Vice president Altaf Nawaz Kittur, members Dada Hairat Khairati and M A Pathan, Hospital and Education Society members and teachers were also present.
