Amid spike in new Covid cases in the district, Deputy Commissioner of Heveri Sanjay Shettennavar announced a 5-day complete lockdown in the district starting May 21.
The DC issued an order of enforcing complete lockdown from 6:00 am on May 21 to 6:00 am May 25, across the district.
What’s Open:
Only milk booths, medical stores, hospitals, ambulance service, petrol pumps, oxygen production plants, ATMs, and other essential services are allowed.
However, people will be allowed to purchase groceries and vegetables from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on May 23 (Sunday) .
