3,252 People In District Given Covid Shots
DHARWAD JANUARY 19: As many as 3,252 people were given a dose of the Covid-19 vaccination on Monday, said a press release of the Department of Health and Family Welfare district office.
There were 63 centres set up in the district to vaccinate 5,245 healthcare workers with Covishield as part of the vaccination campaign. So far, 62.09% of the goal has been achieved, said the press release.

Retired district surgeon Dr Vijaya Vitthala Managoli, who is suffering from diabetes and blood pressure problems, also got himself vaccinated on Monday. He was handed an e-certificate post-vaccination.
