Hubballi & Belagavi get Special Train to Bengaluru

HUBBALLI, June 29: The South Western Railway has announced that a special train will be operated between Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru and Pandharpur stations, via Hubballi and Belagavi, to clear the extra rush of passengers.

A press release from the SWR says, “Train No. 06297 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru on July 1, 3, & 6, 2024, at 10 pm, arriving at Pandharpur at 6:20 pm the following day.

On return, Train No. 06298 will depart from Pandharpur on July 2, 4, & 7, 2024, at 10 pm, arriving at SMVT Bengaluru at 12:30 am the following day.

Similarly, one more train, Train No. 06295 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru on July 2, 5, & 7, 2024, at 10 pm, arriving Pandharpur at 6:20 pm the following day.

On the return, Train No. 06296 will depart from Pandharpur on July 3, 6, & 8, 2024, at 8 pm, arriving at SMVT Bengaluru at 12:30 am the next day.

The details of stoppages and coach composition are as follows:

These trains will have stoppages at Tumakuru, Gubbi, Nittur, Tiptur, Arsikere, Birur, Chikjajur, Davangere, Harihar, Ranibennur, SMM Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa, Khanapur, Belagavi, Gokak Road, Ghatprabha, Raybag, Chinchli, Ugar Khurd, Miraj, Kavathe-Mahankal, Dhalgaon, & Sangola.

Coach Composition:

Train No. 06297/06298 will consist of a total of 20 coaches including AC First Class-1, AC Two tier-2, AC Three tier-2, Sleeper Class-6, General Second Class-7, and SLR/D-2.

Train No. 06295/06296 will consist of a total of 20 coaches including AC Two tier-1, AC Three tier-1, Sleeper Class-12, General Second Class-4, and SLR/D-2.
