Akshay Sky Mall, North Karnataka's largest shopping destination, is located on Gokul Road
HUBBALLI, Sep 20: Well-known shopping mall brand Inorbit Malls (India) has bought Hubballi’s Akshay Sky Mall for Rs 400 crore, the Economic Times reported.
The mall, located on Gokul Road, has nearly 6.5 lakh square feet of built-up area and will be the largest in North Karnataka. It is slated to open later this year.
The mall has been developed by Suresh Enterprises, known for Akshay Park, Akshay Town and other residential and commercial real estate projects in Hubballi.
The mall will have a number of anchor tenants, including Smart Bazaar, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Timezone and Hubballi’s largest multiplex, the seven-screen PVR Cinemas.
Gokul Road, also known as Airport Road, already has Urban Oasis Mall, Signature Mall and other shopping destinations.
