HUBBALLI: The Town police arrested a man in connection with a burglary case and recovered gold ornaments and cash from him.
The arrested has been identified as Ganesh Shankar, a resident of Hattimattur Tanda in Savanur taluk of Haveri district.
The police have recovered gold ornaments and cash worth Rs. 7 lakh 41 thousand.
Shankar had reportedly involved in the burglary case of a house belonging to one Dinesh Jain. The crime was taken place on the night of May 6.
