Hubballi, Sept 06: In a shocking incident, a young man was brutally stabbed to death in the Bengari area of the city.
The deceased has been identified as Aslam Makandar (30).
According to locals, Aslam and Manjunath Jeenahalli got into an argument over a smartwatch. Subsequently, Manjunath fatally stabbed him in the chest with a knife.
Aslam was rushed to KIMS Hospital by his friends. Unfortunately, despite medical efforts, the victim succumbed to the injuries at KIMS Hospital.
The Keshwapur Police have registered a case in this regard and took Manjunath into the custody.
