Under the UDAN-3 scheme, a new flight will be started from the Sambra airport (Belagavi) to Surat, starting November 10.
Star Air will introduce the flight for four days a week. The facility will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, said sources in the airport.
According to a report, the aircraft will have a capacity to carry 50 passengers. The flight from Belagavi will depart at 12 pm to reach Surat at 1.20 pm. The same flight will depart from Surat at 1:50 pm to reach Kishangarh in Rajasthan at 3.10 pm.
In return, the flight will start from Kishangarh at 3:40 pm to reach Surat at 5 pm. From Kishangarh, the flight will depart at 3:40 pm to reach Surat at 5 pm. It will depart fly from Surat at 5:30 pm to reach Belagavi at 6:50 pm.
